Goodradigbee Single Jarrah

Goodradigbee's Jarrah single malt is completely unique. It is made from Scottish Highland single malt and matured in Goodradigbee's whisky maturation cubes made from Western Australia's imposing Jarrah, an ancient local hardwood. The spirit is young on the nose but genuinely surprises when tasted. Complex flavours compete at first - sweetness and citrus, followed by cinnamon and sometimes, a touch of spice. Jarrah is different, in a good way. Be prepared to be surprised.

Goodradigee Distillers Ironbark Red

Goodradigbee's Ironbark Red is a world's first innovation being the only single malt spirit matured in Australian Red Ironbark sourced from the New England Ranges, and in Goodradigbee's whisky maturation cubes, not barrels. The spirit is a rich, red and surprisingly complex spirit. It has a sweet honey and charred citrus flavour upfront, then moves to dark chocolate and golden syrup swiftly followed by subtle notes of seasoned wood and a nutty maltiness. The finish is powerful and succinct.

Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Fleurieu Distillery Albatross Single Malt Whisky

The wandering storm bird. Said to be the souls of lost sailors, these roaming aeronauts glide endlessly over the vast and sometimes inhospitable Southern Ocean. Seen as an omen of both good luck and bad, these occasional visitors to our shores perfectly embody grace endurance and fragility.

Talisker Skye Scotch Whisky

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Perfect for those who perhaps find the classic Talisker flavour profile a bit too much, not to say that Talisker fans won't enjoy it too. Double Gold | 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Aberlour 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky

The 12 year old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlours raw spirit is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour.

Glen Grant 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch

Sweet aroma, fruity and floral with highland toffee, brambles and a hint of ginger marmalade. The taste is smooth and warming with sweet, malty flavours.

Glen Scotia 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

In the Victorian Age, Campbeltown was known as the whisky capital of the world - one of the five distinctive malt producing regions of Scotland. Glen Scotia is a fine example of this historic style and their award winning range makes for the perfect gift this Christmas, or to enjoy yourself. The signature nose has hints of vanilla oak, interwoven with the subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits. Distillery 2017 Berlin Spirits Awards. Double Gold Medal 2016 San Francisco Spirits Competition. Gold Medal 2015 Hong Kong Spirits Awards. Best Campbeltown Malt 13-20yo World Whiskies Awards 2016.
