The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old is a balanced single malt whisky created by bringing the perfect harmony of two oaks into one exceptional single malt whisky. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

An exceptional blend of reserve stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac, distilled in the mid 1970s and matured in old casks. On the nose there are delicate fragrances of spice, sesame seed, oak, baked pears and brown sugar. The palate is deep and viscous with moderately sweet notes of ripe pear, almond, oloroso sherry, orange peel, and leatherwood honey. The finish has hints of brown sugar with notes of vanilla and salt and has great persistence.

Domfrontais Calvadoss differ from those of the PaysdAuge by being made from at least 30% pears, as well as the traditional apples. This makes not only for a lighter-coloured spirit, but also one thats more feminine and elegant. This 1992 vintage Cavados has aromas of cocoa, pear, tea and jasmine. The palate is elegant and long with pear and spicy notes.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.

Clement LElixir comes from the blend of rums aged 6 years. A vintage that has aromatic characteristics. Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip.
