OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

Mornington Pale is an American-style pale ale, pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head. Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

Freshly cut tropical fruits are balanced against a clean malt profile. This full flavoured pale ale is bursting with new world character.

Very reminiscent of it's biological parent, Newtowner. This mid strength version still pops with notes of passionfruit and berry's, balanced against a full bodied malt backbone.
