To perpetuate the legacy of his ancestors, Arnaud makes some of his wines, including his famous “Moulin à vent”, in wooden containers. Barrels, tons and semi-casks are all housed on the farm. The grapes are manually-harvested from vines of about fifty years, exclusively from Gamay grapes. This Fleurie seduces with its finesse and silky texture. Located on the heights of Beaujolais, on a light and lean granitic sand soil, Chiroubles is an elegant wine, fine, charming and slightly tannic with violet aromas. A convivial and charming wine.

The wines are fruity with a special character, with clear and bright ruby color and loads of aromas of red fruits. A very nice balance and a beautiful finesse.

Dominique Piron is one of the benchmark producers in Beaujolais, producing balanced and thoughtful wines. The wine offers abundant fruit but also strucutre, resulting in a very rewarding Bojo.

Fantastic perfume, Cranberry, framboise, stewed/cold Rhubarb, cherry, cola. Smells and tastes like Gamay! Nice W/Bunch, dried herbs, pissaladiere, red fruits. Keeps rolling and rolling on the palate. Just right on the acid. Incredible length of flavour. Fantastic vintage.

From the Six Js vineyard in Steels Creek. Totally destemmed and fermented and matured in stainless steel. The result is a beautifully vibrant wine with aromas of pure, ripe raspberries, summer cherries and a touch of spice. The palate is equally energetic with its core of bright fruits, super fine and silky tannins and juicy acidity. A total joy to drink now and over the next 2-3 years.
