Caballero is Tempranillo grape from Bodegas Parra Jimenez, located in central Spain, in La Mancha. This family run winery,makes all wines organic certified and also Demeter biodynamic. Caballero comes from the vineyard called Bernardo.The result is a pleasant dry wine with aromas of ripe berries. Very balance at the end and ideal to serve a bit chilled.
