Taylors celebrated 40 years in business with its first fizz. Fragrant notes on the nose, creamy and complex, bright citrus and stonefruit flavours, fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. A classic white sparkler from one of our favourite families.

Early Harvest wines are created from selected parcels of flavour ripe grapes harvested from early ripening regions in South Eastern Australia. John Quarisa is a Jimmy Watson Trophy-winning winemaker, with a "long and distinguished" career (Halliday). Here he's provided a beautifully rich, lush and full-flavoured Shiraz, a triple Gold-winner laden with ripe fruits, delicious exotic spice and a smooth, long finish.

It's made by the talented John Quarisa, who has enjoyed a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years” (Halliday). John likes his wines to express big personality and juicy fruit and value for money – he’s certainly achieved that here! Ripe and round blackberries conspire with flavours of plum and cinnamon spice. On the palate, rich red berries and brewed coffee make for a very appealing wine.

Our rose was made using a combination of varieties and winemaking styles. A blend of Merlot and Barbera picked and pressed off skins immediately to encourage floral aromatics and elegant fruits reminiscent of roses and bramble. A small parcel of skin fermented Pinot Gris provides a textural component to the finished wine. A reflection of the volcanic soils of Broke Fordwich using old vines and an eclectic approach to winemaking has produced a dry wine packed with mouthfeel and fresh fruit.
