Geoff Merrill Henley Shiraz shows a deep brick red colour lined by cherry red hues. A whiff of the wine reveals generous scents of berry fruits and toasty French oak. It tastes marvellous with lamb shanks in a red wine jus, chocolate-dipped honeycomb, and sharp Cheddar cheese.

III Associates bring together 3 passionate people together to produce amazingly concerntrated and regional wines. Their Giant Squid Ink Shiraz shows brilliant purple hues and violets on the nose and with brilliant use of French Oak, the palate is smooth, velvety and concentrated with all the berry fruit one can handle.

Frux Frugis is Latin for fruit of the earth and is sourced from Old Vines from the finest parcels of Shiraz from the Ulithorne Vineyards. With a palate of plums, subtle spices, structural tannin and exceptionally long length, this vintage of Frux Frugis shows the reward which wonderful weather and well tended vines can bring to a wine.

Block 6 was hand-picked from the 125 year old vines on the 21st and 30th of March 2017, producing a healthy and clean crop of 11.37 tonnes. The grapes were crushed, de-stemmed and plunged twice daily while spending 11 days on skins in our traditional open fermenters. The wine was then basket pressed and matured for 20 months in 40% new French and American oak puncheons. Bottled in February 2019.
