Hes had great success since, as youll discover with this Riesling. In the glass: Bright pale lemon. On the nose: Tightly wound and delicate. On the palate: Pristine, dry and crisp with a lemon and lime fruit core. Really refined and precise, it has a wonderful quinine-like texture and very tight acidity that will ensure success in the cellar.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. This is a medium coloured pinot noir. The bouquet is fresh, complex and bright with raspberry, cherry and herbal notes. The palate is finely structured and intense, with precision and balance. It has silky, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Very fine. Limited release of 6977 bottles, individually numbered.i

Exuberant and lively wine with vibrant gooseberries, passionfruit and various other tropical fruits abounding. Similar flavours run through an elegant, harmonious, refreshing and subtly complex, crisp palate. It’s thoroughly enjoyable as a young wine for any occasion, but is also suitable for short term cellaring.

Dry rose with a beautiful salmon blush color this wine was barrel fermented with wild yeast. It displays red berry and apricot characters with grip and texture on the palate.

With its generous aromas of lifted white pear, stone fruit, wild flowers, grilled nuts; the palate delivers a balanced tight mineral acidic line, white stone fruits and melons, supported by prominent oak barrel.
