This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. A mid to dark mulberry colour with crimson hues. The nose exhibits a perfume of bay leaf, blueberries, dried sage, earth and dark chocolate. This wine is medium-bodied and elegantly sculptured with fresh acidity, rolling tannins and flavours of raspberries and blueberries, with a twinge of herbs on the finish. A wine that will cellar well for up to 15 years from bottling.

Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of good structure and power. Bright red crimson in colour. Red currant fruits, a hint of violets and oak on the nose. This full bodied wine had great elegance on the palate and a lengthy finish. No doubt one of the best example of the region.
