Tyrrells Echo Beach Cabernet Merlot
Sprawling sandy beaches, dense, lush bushland and skies that seem to go on forever. It is from these surroundings that a beautiful tapestry of regional vibrancy is woven into our wines. This is Margaret River. This is Echo Beach. Winemaking The 2016 vintage was ideal for Margaret River wines and it reflects positively in our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend. The wine was fermented in stainless steel using Bordeaux yeast strains and fermentation temperatures between 18 - 25 degrees. Towards the end of the fermentation process the wine was pressed into a combination of stainless steel and small oak vessels. The final wine is a blend of various parcels from different vineyards.

Velvet red with a purple edge. Dark fruits complemented by leafy notes and cedar characteristics. Structured and long with fine tannins showing the quality of the vintage. Lovely ripe plums shining through the finish. Cellaring up to 15 years. Food pairing with Arkady Lamb with rosemary baked potatoes.
Juniper Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
Vibrant crimson red in colour, this wine shows rich ripe fruit characteristics of raspberry, red cherry, red & black currants, and plum along with hints of spice, liquorice, mocha and toasty vanillin oak. The palate is silky smooth with a good depth of mixed berry fruit, plum, red jube lollies, spice and dusty mocha vanilla oak influence.
