This is Margaret River. This is Echo Beach. Winemaking The 2016 vintage was ideal for Margaret River wines and it reflects positively in our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend. The wine was fermented in stainless steel using Bordeaux yeast strains and fermentation temperatures between 18 - 25 degrees. Towards the end of the fermentation process the wine was pressed into a combination of stainless steel and small oak vessels. The final wine is a blend of various parcels from different vineyards.
