From the stable of Ed Carr, arguably Australia's finest sparkling wine maker comes the Yarra Burn range of wines including this non vintage Yarra Burn Premium Cuvée Brut. The wine shows lifted citrus and stone fruit aromas with nuances of toast and mushroom. The palate shows great structure, elegance and persistence of flavour.

Innocent Bystander eminates from Victoria's Yarra Valley and is the brain child of owner, Phil Sexton. With winemaker Steve Flamsteed on board, the Innocent Bystander wines are fantastically varietal and extremely approachable. The Pinot Noir is packed full of black cherry and cedary notes with a perfect balance of soft, but fine grained tannin.

Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Innocent Bystander produces a stylish Chardonnay that shows stonefruit melon and vanillin oak on the nose. The palate has lovely creamy mouthfeel and flavours of butterscotch and citrus with minerally acidity on the finish.

Based on a strong belief people should drink better, not more, Four Pillars is leading the charge to elevate the craft of distilling and celebrate the craft of cocktail making in Australia. Their Rare Dry Gin is made in a truly modern Australian style, capturing the flavours of both Asia and the Mediterranean with a mix of local and exotic botanicals (even using fresh oranges as one of its botanicals rather than dried orange peel). Their passionate search for the highest quality fruit lead them to vastly experienced fruit growers of Adelaide Hills. Made from 100% Adelaide Hills Apples, the vanilla, lime sherbet characters shine through the palate on a crisp acid backbone. The team has crafted a well balanced, complex cider with a clean dry finish.

Using only 100% fresh Pears from the region, the cider is very much a clean, crisp fruit driven style with all the complexities and taste of real fruit Pear. The luscious mouth fill adds to the great length with a lovely dry finish on every sip.

This wine is made with Pinot Noir fruit grown on some spectacular vineyard sites in the Yarra Valley, comprising predominantly MV6 clone, with some 114 and 115. Pacha Mama use minimal additives or fining and aim to let the fruit shine through rather than clobbering all over it with heavy oak use or commercial wine-making techniques. Flavours of sour cherry and wild strawberries carry on to the palate complexed by a savoury spice and intriguing earthiness that lingers long after the last mouthful.
