Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Distilled by Brogan herself, Everyday Salvation Gin is her Australian twist on the classic dry gin we all know. Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. Tasting Note A Juniper forward punchy Australian Dry style gin. The dry citrus hit of coriander seeds is accentuated by organic white grapefruit peel, providing fresh zesty qualities of citrus with subtle hints of bitter lemon. Floral top notes of lavender, rose and orris root, with earthy undertones from angelica root presenting on the nose. The Australian native botanicals of sweet strawberry gum and hot pepper berry linger on the finish which is elongated by the nuttiness of roasted native wattle seed.

Each 500ml spirit lid is manually dipped in wax with a silver foil swing tag, presented in a hand wax dripped, thick cardboard cylinder box. As each Gift Box is manually waxed, no two boxes are the same, some minor organic imperfections may be visible.Tequila:Mexican derived Tequila is traditionally served neat without lime and salt. Mexicans save the lime, salt and Tequila combination for Margaritas which happens to be one of our most popular cocktails. Jose Cuervo Especial Silver is the Tequila of choice, which is made from the blue agave plant larger in size and sweeter in aroma and taste, the blue agave is an important economic product of Jalisco, Mexico due to its role in producing and exporting Tequila. Tequila is known to aid digestion and help lower blood sugar. So, this is the perfect preparatory tonic for those with plans for a Mexican style feast.Serving Suggestions:Serve in a short glass over plenty of ice. Mix with soda and a squeeze of fresh lime, grapefruit soda, or fresh pineapple juice, or mix up your traditional Bloody Mary by using Tequila as the base.
