In 2014 he was named the Young Gun of Wine. Our second harvest from our homes rolling hills on the South side of Angaston in the Eden Valley. Lithe and delicate, ‘OH’ is best enjoyed over the next few years and contrary to our Hoffmann wines is at its finest on the day of opening. Sami-Odi Hoffmann Little Wine 14 Syrah Non-Vintage

Product Description: Sami-Odi’s ‘Hoffmann Little Wine 14’ is anything but small — it’s a masterclass in blending time, place and patience. Crafted by Fraser McKinley, this non-vintage Syrah weaves together ten consecutive harvests from the treasured Hoffmann Dallwitz vineyard, where vines range from 27 to over 135 years old. Each ‘Little Wine’ release is a snapshot of Fraser’s meticulous farming and low-intervention winemaking. Parcels are picked for brightness or depth, fermented whole-cluster, and matured in seasoned Burgundy barrels. Older vintages add weight and savoury nuance; younger ones keep it pulsing with energy. It’s biodynamic Barossa Syrah reimagined — expressive, layered and unashamedly drinkable. Expect immediate pleasure but don’t rush it; this wine will open beautifully in the glass and can age further if you’re patient. Pair with charred meats, roasted mushrooms or a generous platter of hard cheeses. Tasting Notes NOSE – Dark Fruit & Spice Cherry skin, black berries, liquorice and a touch of old leather. PALATE – Rich Yet Fresh Dark berry liqueur lifted by vibrant acidity and fine, firm tannins. FINISH – Long & Spiced Extended finish with subtle warmth and savoury spice. Reviews & Accolades “A complex, multi-vintage Barossa Syrah with stunning depth and energy.” – James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com, 96 Points

Schild Estate Moorooroo Shiraz

Noon Reserve Shiraz

Langton's Classification: Outstanding

Noon Winery has become a cult figure in the wine world due to their opulent red wines that are known for their concentration and power. Not beholden to the trend of lower-alcohol, leaner styles, Drew and Raegan Noon produce block-buster reds that are in huge demand the world over. Their Reserve Shiraz is so highly thought of, it sits in the Outstanding category in Langton's Classification of Australian Wine. With fruit sourced from the '20 Rows' block in Langhorne Creek owned by the Borrett family, this is a Shiraz of serious weight and body. Still very young, aromas of violets, lavender and herbs are balanced with traditional fruit notes of blueberries and spice. Big and fleshy on the palate while still showing supreme complexity, this is a wine that needs some decanting before enjoying the saturating flavours that Noon can offer.

Teusner Righteous FG Shiraz

Righteous to be called a true Barossa Shiraz; Teusner FG Shiraz is bold, packed with intense black fruits, mocha and sweet spices on the nose. Great balance in oak use, giving the wine structured tannins and extra vanilla oak flavour as the back bone on the palate. Hand picked grapes from one of the oldest vines in Barossa. This is certainly one of those wines that could impress!

Torbreck Les Amis Grenache

The Torbreck Les Amis Grenache is aged for 18 months in new oak and is a remarkably fragrant wine that shows abundant aromas of spice, cherry and wild raspberry. Textured and plush on the palate, it evolves into layers of blackberry and red currants with firm, ripe tannins. David Powell continues to lead this formidable Barossa wine estate to truly remarkable heights.
