Notes of gunflint and citrus, further complexed with ripe stone fruits and understated oak result in a wineof great complexity and mineral drive.

The Chardonnay is from low-yielding Gin Gin vines that are now over 20 years old. Painstakingly converted them to cane pruning (from the established spur pruning). The parcels were hand-harvested, foot stomped and naturally fermented in a mix of concrete egg (20%) and old barrels (80%). It only received a rough filtering to, keep the wine as close to the vineyard as possible. Fresh, crisp, organic Chardonnay.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. This Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has alluring aromas of guava, nashi pear, citrus zest with a hint of white floral on the nose. The green apple and passionfruit notes shine through beautifully the lime citrus backdrop on the palate. A delightful and refreshing wine that could easily be paired with seafood or summery dishes

The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

With not only Robert 'Bob' Oatley's signature on the label, the wine itself has the signature of winemaker Larry Cherubino all over it. Supple and elegant along power and poise are all trademarks of the award winning WA winemaker; all of which are on display here with the Signature Series Chardonnay from Margaret River. Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.
