Trentham Estate Pinot Gris
The Winemaking: Once harvested the fruit was crushed and pressed; the juice was cold settled and racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast and stopped with some residual sugar. Post fermentation the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled. Another outstanding Pinot Grigio from Pizzini. Aromas of ripe pear lead the way in the bouquet and the palate is fresh with crisp, zippy acidity very true to the grigio style. Enjoy it with seafood.
Paracombe Pinot Gris
Paracombe Pinot Gris shows lifted aromas, good flavour definition and balance. An attractive bouquet of pear and rose petal is joined by flavours of fresh nectarine, melon, honeyed pear, and flinty notes. Enjoy with antipasto.
Villa Wolf Pinot Gris
Clear, bright, pale straw in the glass, the nose is complex and enticing displaying fruit, perfume and evidence of its European winemaking. Honeyed fruit on the palate with a slight buttery mouthfeel, good acid, length and a very good lingering finish. Altogether, a very good wine.

Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.
