Many whiskies take their flavour from just one cask, but we mature Grants Triple Wood in three different types of wood: Virgin Oak cask provides spicy robustness, American Oak lends subtle vanilla smoothness and Bourbon refill offers brown sugar sweetness, resulting in a smoother, richer, mellower taste.

After the launch of Le Gin de Christian Douin in 2015, the only gin made from more than 30 varieties of cider apples and 7 herbs selected for their perfect combination of apple and juniper aromas, Guillaume Drouin has created a new blend dedicated to red fruits. Carmina is made with the same principles as the original version of Le Gin; each botanical or fruit is macerated and redistilled separately in order to optimise the extraction of aromas. The distillates are then blended before bottling. This time the bouquet is summery. It combines flowers and fruit with the use of raspberry, blackcurrant, elderflower, vanilla, lemon and orange in addition to juniper and cider apple varieties from Normandy.

Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, The Original, is the whisky that started it all. Our inaugural expression, The Original is a fresh and fruity single malt that combines the finest concerto malted barley with the purest Scottish water from Loch Katrine. A minimum of 72 hours of fermentation combined with an extremely slow distillation results in a fruity and delectably sweet new make spirit which is then matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in virgin American oak barrels. Johnnie Walker 15 Year Old Sherry Finish is a crafted blend that brings together heritage and innovation. Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

This single malt Scotch whisky has been crafted by master distiller Jim McEwan from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style. Unpeated, it is the signature bottling and the definitive Bruichladdich. Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak. The palate entry is so refined and refreshing, the sweet oak and the barley arriving together sending the taste buds into raptures. Local wheat and water combine in our seven-day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. Multiple distillations are followed by a 24-hour filtration process through the most porous of carbons, coconut shell carbon. This crafts a spirit of exceptional purity and taste. With soft cream soda, light toffee and subtle biscuit notes, we recommend you simply serve straight from the freezer or over ice.
