Displaying baked pear, red apple, white floral aromatics, the palate is defined by candied citrus and nectarine flavours.

The Wither Hills Pinot Gris has lovely fruit and aromas of ripe white peach, citrus and quince. It is off-dry on the palate with some refreshing acidity and beautiful succulent mouth feel. Perfect with a range of different dishes from salty cheeses to stronger flavour dishes such as wood smoked salmon or roast pork.

The South Island of New Zealand is home to Marlborough - widely recognsed as one of the worlds greatest cool climate wine-producing areas. Long, sun-filled growing seasons and cool nights combine to produce the vibrant fruit flavours for which Marlborough is famous. This 'white mist' Pinot Gris is lower in alcohol* and full of crisp pear and apple flavours. This wine is light and fresh with good length and a balanced finish. *At least 25% lighter in alcohol than the average New Zealand Pinot Gris.

A straw colour compliments the intense pear aromas with peach and melon notes. A textured palate with sweet rounded ripe stone fruit flavours and a touch of spice.

Famous for their popular and flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc, Giesen produce an enticing and pure Riesling from the same region, Marlborough. Displaying notes of citrus, white flowers and ginger on the nose, this attractive off-dry Riesling shows subtle sweet flavours of lemon curd, mandarin and orange peel. Those flavours are then balanced beautifully with a structured acid backbone and minerality that keeps the succulent flavours dancing on the palate for an age.

Silver Moki, pronounced (mow-key) is named after the Moki, a superb table fish found in the waters off the scenic coastline of New Zealand. Sleek, shiny and silver, the Moki shines like diamonds as they glide though the ocean. Silver Moki Sauvignon Blanc shines like a diamond, a refreshing and crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a hint of gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.

Pale straw coloured with a nose of sweet pear, apple and lifted spices such as lemon grass. A great mouth feel that is crisp and dry with minerality running through it. Seafood anyone?.
