Formed in 2005, Artisans of Barossa is a group of wine producers with a like-minded approach to winemaking and wine enjoying. This wine is blended from barrels selected by the winemakers from each of their cellars. On the nose, there are aromas of dark plum and chocolate with hints of cardamom pod, clove, aniseed and cracked black pepper. The palate is rich with dark fruits and dark chocolate supported by a long savoury line of gentle tannin. The wine finishes smooth and long in the classic style of great Barossa Shiraz. Enjoy with braised meats or a cheese and charcuterie board.

Double Barrel Shiraz has a full and generous palate with a beguiling mix of sweet red fruits and dark chocolate indicative of its origins as Barossa Shiraz. Chris Ringland, the man behind such famous names as Three Rivers Shiraz, creates a wine that is made from mature Northern Barossa vines and shows dark mass of concentrated black and blue fruits, laced with sweet mocha and wrapped in a smooth, velvety texture. Not for the faint of heart, the CR Shiraz is improving vintage on vintage.

A fascination with ancient history and an appreciation of the deep sense of irony that befalls those who choose their drinks - and drinking vessels - unwisely, prompted the name. concentrated and generous blackberry, dark cherry, plum & dark chocolate flavours balanced by velvety tannins and savoury oak complexity delivering texture and structure on the long, persisting palate.

With fruit sourced from vineyards across the Barossa, this Shiraz expresses the characters of the variety and the Barossa. The wine is matured in old French oak and tanks, with each parcel kept separate until the final blending prior to bottling in October 2017. Deep, dark hues of purple and burgundy, with dark plum, lashings of pepper, whispers of vanilla and allspice. The Four Cuttings Shiraz is an extension of our single site approach, capturing the personality and character of single vineyard sites from four iconic Barossa sub-regions - Tanunda, Koonunga, Lyndoch & Rosedale. Our aim is to harness the contrasting characters derived from the soil profile and climate variations across these four sites to present a seamless expression of Greenock Creek wine. The nose is rich with blueberry & black cherry which flow through to the palate which is framed by soft and silken tannins. As is the Greenock Creek tradition, this wine will reward patience and cellaring, while being deliciously approachable as a young wine.

Originally an Apricot Orchard and re planted with Shiraz vines in 1974. Hence the name Apricot Block. Totally opaque black crimson colour. Superb pronounced nose , with flavours of plum., spice and black pepper. The palate is mouth filling flavours of plum, blackberry. pepper and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste. of black pepper , plum and blackberry.

Fresh blackberry and boysenberry, spice, liquorice, tar and dried herbs. Medium bodied, juicy bramble fruits, crisp boysenberry acidity, salted beef, firm but fine grained drying tannin, and a long fresh meaty herb infused finish.
