Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.

Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile.
