With vineyards certified organic by the Biological Farmers of Australia, Nature's Step Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderfully crisp organic Sauv Blanc that is bursting with ripe citrus and gooseberry flavours. Fermented only using the natural 'wild yeast' already existing within the winery, this Sauvignon Blanc is made with a minimal intervention approach that helps encourage the wines true aromatic nature to reveal itself.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

Almost perfect growing conditions came together with near perfect vineyard characteristics to craft this outstanding wine. Considered by the family as one of their best offerings in recent times, this wine is beautifully pale with a hint of green around the rim. Overflowing aromas of citrus and white flowers flow from the nose of this very pretty wine. The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.

This Tomich Hill Pinot Grigio has zesty citrus characters, balanced by just a touch of honey-like richness, and is complimented by a wonderful flinty crisp finish. This wine has a freshness that makes it enjoyable by many.
