Utopos Shiraz
UTOPOS Shiraz, Barossa Valley Utopos is a project by Kym Teusner (Teusner wines) and Neil Panuja, making distinctly Barossan wines out of their vineyard. It is named Utopos in reference to the root word of Utopia, indicating just how special this vineyard is. The Shiraz is a blend or 90% Shiraz and 10% Mararo (from vines planted between 1974 and 2000), aged in 40% new French oak hogsheads for 24 months. The result is an incredibly concentrated, deep wine, luscious and smooth on the palate, with brilliant balance and length.

Schwarz Shiraz
With fruit sourced from vineyards across the Barossa, this Shiraz expresses the characters of the variety and the Barossa. The wine is matured in old French oak and tanks, with each parcel kept separate until the final blending prior to bottling in October 2017. Deep, dark hues of purple and burgundy, with dark plum, lashings of pepper, whispers of vanilla and allspice. Pirathon Gold Shiraz
Pirathon Gold Shiraz, Barossa Valley The fruit for the Pirathon Blue Shiraz is sourced from low-yielding vineyards of traditional family growers in the north-western Barossa districts of Hillview and Westlake. Each vineyard is harvested separately when the fruit is readythis can take up to a month. After picking, each parcel of fruit is crushed separately into open-top fermenters. During fermentation, hand pump-overs gently extracted colour and flavour from the grapes. The juice is fermented on skins for a week or more and pumped over by hand. After pressing, new and seasoned French oak hogsheads are filled and the wine is allowed to mature approximately eighteen months. After this time the wine is blended and bottled without fining.
