This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.

De Bortoli Prosecco is sourced from Victoria's King Valley - known as Little Italy given many Italian migrants have become multi-generational winemakers in the area. The sparkling wine tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles. Great on its own or shared with food.

The Banrock Station Pink Moscato displays fresh, floral aromatic notes with a touch of sherbet and musk. The palate exhibits fresh musky flavours with a delicate fairy floss characteristic to it. The wine shows lifted citrus and stone fruit aromas with nuances of toast and mushroom. The palate shows great structure, elegance and persistence of flavour.
