Back in the 1840s, Pastor Kavel led the Lutherans on their journey to the Barossa Valley to embark on a new life of religious freedom. From that mass migration a dynasty began. Robust flavours of raspberry and earthen spice completed by subtle, ripe tannins give the wine balanced complexity and a nice length of flavour. Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is an inky, crimson wine full of aromas of mixed spice and crushed black pepper, violets, fennel and hints of blueberries. The palate is like layers of velvet, with great structure showing lush red berries, olives and anise.

Laughing Jack Greenock Shiraz is sourced from vineyards exclusively in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Located in the Valley's western edge, Greenock imparts warm, plush fruit characters with a dark chocolate and leather backbone. The Laughing Jack shows all of these qualities in abundance, especially the dark chocolate aspect with real concentration of flavour. A very powerful wine.

Krondorf is a name synonymous with the Barossa Valley with a long and prestigious history. Beginning life with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in the 1850s, Krondorf was reinvigorated by Grant Burge in 1978 and today has gone on to become one of the country's most awarded wineries. The Shiraz is a class-A, born and bred, full-bodied Barossa red. Bright garnet in colour with a vibrant nose of mulberry and hints of sweet strawberry. In balance tannin and acid balance along with a superb long length make this Barossan a wonderful value-for-money buy.

Smooth and refined this Shiraz shows intense plum berry and liquorice flavours. Enhanced by maturation in quality oak this is a wine to enjoy now or cellar medium term.

Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.
