The wine has a seductive, lifted with aroma characterised by plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a soft mid-palate and supple tannins. It has a well-balanced structure with great texture, good length and lashings of fruit on the finish.

This deep red Shiraz is filled with aromas of blackberry and plum intergrated with toasty vanillian oak. The fruit for this wine was sourced from premier blocks on the Taylor family estate in the Clare Valley. This is an elegant wine with immediate flavours of boysenberry, blackberry and then more subtle choc-mint and spice. The palate is bright, vibrant and juicy with a precise fine tannin line. The oak maturation brings depth and length to the palate. The wine is very well balanced with well integrated oak and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable.
