Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao a la Vanille
Tempus Fugit Spirits Crème de Cacao is based on a 19th-century recipe, cross-referenced in English and French. Terroir is important for ingredients, and the original source of cacao for the best Crème de Cacao was cacao from Venezuela while the best source of vanilla was from Mexico, so it was important that these two ingredients be specifically sourced to reproduce the best quality of Crème de Cacao. The raw cacao is distilled and the distillate is then macerated with additional cacao and crushed whole vanilla bean. The process not only gives a depth of character, but also naturally colors the Crème de Cacao a medium brown.
Comte Louis de Lauriston Pommeau de Normandie
Pommeau de Normandie is a blend made of three parts of fresh cider apple juice and one part of calvados. The appellation requires a minimum ageing of 14 months in oak barrels after the blend is made. However this is aged from three to four years. This extra ageing enables Comte Louis de Lauriston to obtain a better balance with no apparent alcohol. Its apple aromas, fruit exuberance and moderate sweetness make it many people's favoured aperitif.
JAGDTRAUM Herbal Spirit
Jagdtraum is an elegant bitter with a low sugar content and an accentuated herbal flavour. Selected ingredients are macerated in our factory, macerates and distillates are blended. This blend is matured for some months in order to achieve an especially balanced and harmonic flavour. Consumed straight, Jagdtraum is a digestive par excellence, however, mixed with tonic water, a splash of lemon juice and some ice cubes gives a refreshing long-drink for the hot season.
