This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. Bright citrusy acidity ensures and long and seamless finish providing enhanced structure and length.

A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. Has wonderful line and length that will accompany light seafood dishes wonderfully.

Forester Estate focuses on showcasing the distinct regional characters of Margaret River fruit. Made by globally trained winemaker Todd Payne, this is a style of Chardonnay that has re-awakened the variety's popularity with consumers. Their new Broadway range signifies the array of vineyard locations that the grapes are sourced from, throughout Margaret River. Bringing the essence of the region to your glass. Beautiful citrus and ripe pear aromas mixed with honeydew melon undertone and yeast characters on the nose. This wine finished with a mouth watering acidity that would get you hooked for more.

If you want to try the benchmark in this style then look no further than Pierro. A clean and concentrated palate of lemon sherbet and gooseberry with a hint of oak influence. LTC stands for 'little touch of Chardonnay' which adds the right amount of palate weight and complexity.

It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity.
