The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

In the glass: Pale lemon with a green hue. On the nose: Gooseberry, grapefruit and smokey oak aromas. On the palate: Layered and complex with lingering flavour persistence, lovely savoury layers of citrus fruit and faint tropicals, refreshing acidity and obvious yet good quality oak. Mazza is a new producer to Wine Selectors, who specialise in growing Spanish and Portuguese varieties in the Geographe region of Western Australia. In the glass: Medium red purple.On the nose: Bright cherry berry and earth.On the palate: Intense, dense and concentrated red and black fruit flavours and a fine and elegant acid tannin balance. Shows lovely texture and mouth-feel with amazing youthful vibrancy.

A delicious wine to drink with or without food. The nose is loaded with tropical and passion fruits, which follow through onto the palate. Delicious fruit sweetness balanced by focused acidity and freshness makes this a very moreish wine. The grapes for this unwooded style are picked slightly riper than most in order to eliminate green characters and maximize the flavours of the tropical fruit spectrum and to give the wine greater palate weight and length.

This exquisite Five Tales Sauvignon Blanc Semillon displays a pale straw colour with a bright green haze. The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs, making way for a zesty and textured palate filled with intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. Suggested food pairings for this SSB include poached salmon, pan fried scallops and prawn ravioli.
