Fire & Ice Gold Flakes Vodka
F&I Vodka Gold Premium is a unique premium vodka of an outstanding quality. Made from carefully selected organic wheat and Alpine water, that was obtained directly from the natural source located nearby our distillery, more than 140m deep, where it is protected from all impurities. Through continuous and thorough distillation weve achieved an exceptional level of purity. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.
Ukiyo Blossom Gin
Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin is born in Kagoshima from a base of locally grown rice that is distilled into a traditional shch spirit. We redistill our shch with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aroma that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.
Ukiyo Yuzu Citrus Gin
Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin is born in Kagoshima from a base of locally grown rice that is distilled into a traditional shch spirit. We redistill our shch with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
Godet XO Cognac
This XO Fine Champagne expresses how the terroir allows a great cognac to rise. Ranked Fine Champagne AOC.Grande Champagne (more than 50%) and Petite Champagne. Powerful, complex and heavy with a nose of violet and a jasmine flavour; a fruity hit of prune, honey and Russian leather in the mouth. Very long ‘old cognac’ feel but with fresh and subtle Aromas.

The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
Islay artisans, Bruichladdich, turn their hands to producing the first and only Islay Dry Gin. The botanicals used comprise of nine classic gin varietals, plus 22 wild, Islay botanicals that are hand-picked from the wind-swept hills, peat bogs and the Atlantic shores.
