Port Phillip Estate Salasso Rosé is another example of it not mattering what what Sandro Mosele turns his hand to, it is always meticulous and carefully made producing a wine of brilliance. Ten Minutes by Tractor continues to tell their story of Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir with the single vineyard, Judd. As always, this Pinot is the most fruit driven of the single vineyard wines produced with a mouth watering palate of sweet strawberry and cherry fruit mixed with crunchy sap, spice and caramel.
