Finca Aylés is located in northeastern Spain, near the city of Zaragoza (Aragón, south of La Rioja). With deep roots linked to the history of the province, the initiative led by the Ramón Reula family since the 1980s, when they reunified diverse minor estates that had been separated from the original Finca Aylés since the Middle Ages. For this Grenache blend, grapes are hand-picked, with double sorting at the vine, followed by a third sorting at the winery. Gentle crushing and selective destemming, followed by 25-40 days' traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and wooden vats. Pneumatic pressing, then systematic malolactic fermentation. A classic red Châteauneuf-du-Pape by Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe, very fine and elegant. The best vintages will age for 25 years and more.

Powerful , densely structured and complex, M.Chapoutiers Barbe Rac Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a single vineyard wine produced entirely from Grenache. The fruit is sourced from vines averaging 90 years of age, located in the south of the appellation. The carefully selected grapes are hand harvested, entirely de-stemmed and vinified in concrete tanks. Maturation takes place for 12 months in oak, followed by a further 12 months in bottle prior to release.

A blend of mainly grenache with a litte syrah. Has aromas of blackberry, violet, cedar and milk chocolate. Velvety tannins, a wine to age or enjoy young.

This is a vibrantly aromatic and juicy, red fruited wine, with energy and a refreshing, tangy backbone. The long, spicy finish has plenty to keep you engaged.

Ruby Red in colour. This wine offers intense aromas of wild cherries, redcurrant and hints of toasting. A rich and full bodied wine, with sweet and round tannins on the palate. Excellent with savory first course dishes or meat, such as roast lamb, barbequed meats and seasoned cheese. Serving Temperature 18 - 20 degrees.

Very intense cherry red colour. On the nose is opulent and very expressive, with a base of great quality ripe black fruit, with balsamic notes in the background. On the mouth it has a good acidity, its broad and tasty. Long aftertaste.

This bright, juicy Grenache displays peppery notes, along with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberries on the palate. Balancing blueberry and sandalwood, it finishes with a floral high note. Absolutely scrumptious.
