From red clay soils this is a more generous take on Hunter Valley Semillon. Nicely textured with lime and lemon intensity, some zesty freshness, and a long finish and lifted herbaceous characters.

In the glass: Bold straw with a green hue. On the nose: Nectarine and citrus with vibrant and bright lift and freshness.On the palate: Super-ripe and juicy nectarine power delivers long, bold, velvety flavours complemented by the wonderful harmony of deluxe oak giving added complexity.

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier. This wine tastes best consumed with shellfish, pastas and fish pates.

The Scarborough Offshoot Verdelho starts with aromas of green tea with hints of tropical fruit, pink lady apples and honeysuckle. The palate shows botanical characters of sage, orange blossom, citrus rind, mint and lemon pith.

Beautifully refined yet packed full of flavour, Peter Drayton has created another classy Hunter Chardonnay. Vibrant mid yellow. Complex aromas of peach, pear, almond, nougat and flinty oak.
