The Killermans Run Riesling is created with drinkability in mind. It's a seriously fresh, easy drinking Riesling that is worth taking a look at! Created by Kevin Mitchell this wine boasts loads of freshness and natural acid ensures that there is some ageability to be enjoyed ahead.

Delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines and subtle citrus zest join hints of cashew and cream. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with a tropical and citrus characters, subtle roasted cashews and an underlying creaminess from extended lees stirring to deliver a mouth-filling and enjoyable wine. The wine has a clean, elegant palate, a soft acid backbone and long, persistent finish.

Jim Barry is a master of Riesling and this 2014 vintage won't disappoint. It opens with aromas of lifted spice, orange blossom and lime. This offers a huge volume of flavour of grapefruit, lime and spice, with a palate that exhibits great line and drive. There is a creaminess to the palate balanced by the crisp acidity on the finish.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the famous Watervale region off the Castine family Golf House vineyard. A classic dry style of Riesling with provocative lime, lemon and floral aromas. The tantalising citrus flavours on the palate harmonise well with the refreshing acidity, finishing with good length of flavour.

The development of this wine was an integral part of a winemakers 9-year, but ultimately unsuccessful, battle with bowel cancer. The first wine under this label was a Riesling and to this day, part of the proceeds from the sale of each bottle to fund his sons education.

Grown on an elevated, rocky site west of the township of Auburn, our single-vineyard pinot gris was hand-harvested at the perfect point of ripeness to create a brilliantly fresh style of wine. Our commitment to hand-picked fruit is vital in achieving pure colour and appealing grape character in the finished wine. In fact, we already began the process back in the vineyard by thinning 30% of the crop to enhance flavour intensity. Once we are in the winery, gentle handling and minimal interference and inputs are key to protecting the delicate purity of our pinot gris fruit and attaining the bright wine style we love. "This has hallmark slickness and vitality in texture, with greasy apple, nashi pear and cashew savouriness, a lift of pleasing white vinegary tang and a dash of sweet, exotic spice. That's a good list of ingredients for gris, here done medium weight with good length in tow. While not overly complex, it delivers a sense of layers and interest to the wine. Lychee, pear, melon and musk aromas. Juicy, plush and sweet fruit entry with a creamy mouthfeel, luscious yellow stonefruit depth, lime-like acidity, and a generous fruit-sweet finish.
