Moss Brothers Fidium Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Synonymous with high quality wine in Western Australia’s leading region since the 1980s, Moss Brothers are a brilliant producer of leading Cabernet. ‘Fidium’ from the Latin word meaning ‘attuned’, a word which perfectly defines the Fidium Margaret River Cabernet. Being attuned with the vineyard – its cycles, its idiosyncrasies, its aspect and of course its full terroir profile. Enjoy lifted aromatics of forest fruits, plum, mint, dark chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, blackberry and mint, some savoury dry herb notes and layers of mocha and spice from oak maturation. The structure is medium to full bodied with fine tannins and great length. An elegant style with great varietal and regional character.

Cullen Cabernet Merlot

Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

Pierro LTCf Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Leeuwin Estate Prelude Cabernet Merlot

A nose of cassis and chocolate with a hint of tobacco. The palate is filled with irresistible mulberry fruit and the tannins are soft and velvety. An impressive effort from a Margaret River icon!

Voyager Estate Girt By Sea Cabernet Merlot

Lifted floral berry fruit aromas with hints of spice and vanillan tones that flow through to dusty cedarnotes from the fine-grained French oak. A rich, smooth palate with complex layers of red and dark berry fruits. The palate is soft and juicy withhints of vanilla, spice and chocolate, supported by fine-grained tannins and perfectly integrated Frenchoak. A soft, fruit driven style of wine that is reflective of its regional varietal characteristics, displaying fruitpurity, structure and balance.

James Busby Vineyard Series Cabernet Sauvignon

Peos Estate Single Vineyard Four Kings Manjimup Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium to full bodied Single Vineyard Cabernet with a generous mouthfeel, well balanced acidity and fine tannins. Lashings of mulberry and fresh blackberry, dried thyme and other spices. 19 months in barrel, including 27% in new French oak, gives it depth and complexity well beyond what it would go for at RRP. Western Australia's Manjimup wine region benefits from the moderating influence of the Warren River, and the climate has parallels to that of Bordeaux, which makes for excellent Cabernet Sauvignon.

Flametree Cabernet Merlot

A lovely example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is showing big dense fruit characters of blackcurrant and stewed plums. A silky seamless palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty complexity. Matured in French oak barrels has softened and rounded this wine.

Rosabrook Single Vineyard Estate Cab Sauv

Deep purple red colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted with a briar-like quality. The palate is structured and tight but with no meanness or austerity. There is great length of flavour with a nice structured finish and a spade of good natural grape tannins.

Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon

Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of good structure and power. Bright red crimson in colour. Red currant fruits, a hint of violets and oak on the nose. This full bodied wine had great elegance on the palate and a lengthy finish. No doubt one of the best example of the region.
