Mystery Orange Gewurztraminer Riesling Deal No. 5720
Delicate pale lemon colour with a hint of green and bursts from the glass with intense rose‑petal, lychee and musk‑stick aromas, underscored by subtle cinnamon and green‑melon lift. On the palate it’s crisply dry yet softly textured, combining talc‑like phenolics with rose‑petal florals and a precise, linear mineral‑tinged finish.

Pepper Tree Chardonnay
Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.
Quilty & Gransden Orange Chardonnay
Colour is bright golden with green edges. The aroma is peaches, cream and citrus. The palate is elegant and fresh, light textured with flavours of peach and vanilla.
Swift Sparkling Blanc de Noir

Alte Orange Chardonnay
Fresh stone fruits with a hint of toasty oak. Mediumbodied with creamy stone fruit flavours and a fresh finish. Established in 1995, the 508 hectare Cumulus vineyard is one of the largest single vineyards in New South Wales, and which gently rises and falls across a range of elevations and slopes above and below 600m traversing both the Orange and Central Ranges wine regions. In such unique surroundings the Cumulus vineyard provides a range of elevations, terrains, volcanic soils and aspects which combined with the areas high altitude, intense sunlight and cool climate delivers wines with bright fruit flavours and subtle elegance. Cumulous Wines are crafted by a winemaking team led by the highly respected Group Chief Winemaker Rod Hooper in the Riverina and Debbie Lauritz in Orange.
