Today, the Wild Oats range of wines takes the traditional pursuit of winemaking and aligns it with the pusuit of innovation and excellence to create wines like this Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Made in the traditional Classic Dry White mould, this Western Australian SBS is brimming with fresh and crisp fruit and typical grassy notes.

Colour is bright golden with green edges. The aroma is peaches, cream and citrus. The palate is elegant and fresh, light textured with flavours of peach and vanilla.

Established in 1996, Printhie has quickly garnered a repuation for quality cool climate wines, even picking up a 5 star rating from James Halliday. Printhie Chardonnay is a great example of what Orange has to offer beautiful aromas of citrus and stone fruit with a well balnced palate of fine acidity and subtle French oak.

Glowing green gold in colour, Carillion The Crystals Chardonnay displays aromas of lean fig and pineapple with a subtle layer of grilled cashew. Lean mineral complexity leads into fresh lime and grapefruit held up with hints of vanilla from quality French oak. Perfect for a summer picnic.

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.
