Colour is bright golden with green edges. The aroma is peaches, cream and citrus. The palate is elegant and fresh, light textured with flavours of peach and vanilla.

Logan Sauvignon Blanc has delicious aromas of passionfruit, lime and sage. The palate zings with flavours of guava and pink grapefruit before a long minerally finish.

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.

Appearance Deep straw. Aroma Obvious fruits are peaches and melons, there is an evident depth in the aroma and some vanilla notes. Palate Generous and round fruits, carried by elegant and restrained oak. There is a refreshing crispness to the finish which draws you back for more.

Glowing green gold in colour, Carillion The Crystals Chardonnay displays aromas of lean fig and pineapple with a subtle layer of grilled cashew. Lean mineral complexity leads into fresh lime and grapefruit held up with hints of vanilla from quality French oak. Perfect for a summer picnic.

Grapes for the Bunnamagoo wines are sourced from the Bunnamagoo Estate near Rockley, and from the Eurunderee vineyard, not far from Mudgee, NSW.Vibrant pale lemon. Delicate citrus, tropical fruit, cut grass and herbs. Light and crisp grapefruit and lime, white peach and dried pear, in a youthful and appealing style, with limey acidity and touches of white pepper to finish.

Sourced from our premium organic vineyards. Apple and white nectarine fruits on the palate are supported by creamy hints of French oak. A lively, clean, juicy finish.
