Vermentino is widely planted throughout the Mediterranean, often along the shore lines of both coasts and islands, where it produces bright clean lively wines with classic sea spray and wild herb characters. The variety has good acidity and can be made in several styles. The lighter aromatic style achieved with light pressing and cool fermentations generally without skin contact or oak maturation highlights the varieties fresh fruit and acidity. The grapes for our 2022 Vermentino are frome the Central Ranges grown at altitude on the slopes of Mount Canobolas at Orange. The wine was stored on lees in tank for 3 months prior to bottling. The resulting wine is pale straw in colour with slight green tinges. It has aromas of orange blossom, ripe nashi and a flinty background. The palate is rich with ripe citrus flavour and the wine finishes with a touch of salinity and a slight pithy grapefruit bitterness. The perfect wine with grilled sardines.

From the treasured home block at Griffin Road, planted in 1996, and selected local growers. Opulent Cabernet from a warm vintage. Ripe, yet elegant fruit flavours are complemented by typical cedar, cassis and spice. Tannins are well balanced with the fine textured palate; a wine which will age gracefully for up to ten years.

Light bright yellow hue. Beautifully aromatic nose of tropical fruit, blossom and hints of gooseberry. The palate is crisp and well-balanced. A great wine to pair with seafood or to drink on its own in the sun.

Cabernet should taste like Cabernet and this is a lovely varietal expression of ripe Cabernet – blackcurrant, redskin, a hint of leafiness and chocolaty oak. Nice balance and structure, supple texture. Hard to resist as a young wine but it does has cellaring potential over the next 5-8 years. Each location has been carefully selected to encapsulate the terroir of the Orange cool climate region.

Slow Wine Riesling offers blossoms, lime, honeysuckle. Fine boned, crisp clean mineral finish. Available a select regional stores.

A more luxurious style of Gruner Veltliner, this wine was hand-picked at the peak of ripeness and barrel fermented in old French Oak. Creamy notes of pear, citrus and leafy spice. A textural, rich expression, maintaining a crisp medium length finish. Will be a wonderful foil to veal schnitzel or roast suckling pork.

Made with 100% Single Vineyard Chardonnay, this wine is a little bit sweet and little bit bubbly, perfect for every occasion! Lovely notes of lemon zest and orange blossom with a palate that's fresh and crisp with lime, pinapple and hints of green apple flavours.
