From Printhies oldest vines, now more than 20 years old. A mix of open and static fermenters, 10 days on skins during ferment, matured in French and American oak for 10 months. Bright red colour. Classic Cabernet fruit profile with great purity and intensity but without a coating of heavy oak or masses of tannin. Bright, fresh drinkability with terrific palate balance.

Viticulture: This fruit was grown in the cool climate region of Orange in NSW. Winemaking: A specially selected aromatic yeast was chosen while fermentation occurred in stainless steel.

Fresh, lively and juicy with lovely pear aromas. Full of succulent pear and ripe apple with a hint of spice on the palate. A clean and dry finish.

Light bright yellow hue. Beautifully aromatic nose of tropical fruit, blossom and hints of gooseberry. The palate is crisp and well-balanced. A great wine to pair with seafood or to drink on its own in the sun.

Cabernet should taste like Cabernet and this is a lovely varietal expression of ripe Cabernet – blackcurrant, redskin, a hint of leafiness and chocolaty oak. Nice balance and structure, supple texture. Hard to resist as a young wine but it does has cellaring potential over the next 5-8 years. Printhie has four vineyard sites that have been created to meet varietal needs ensuring quality fruit production. Each location has been carefully selected to encapsulate the terroir of the Orange cool climate region.

This is a wine of welcome restraint, displaying aromas of lifted citrus and gooseberry. The palate is juicy, filling the cheeks with passionfruit, grape spice and pine lime notes, finishing with a touch of mineral acidity. A vibrant wine to be enjoyed now and with friends.

Dark purple with crimson edges. Attractive flavours of blackberry, olives and blackcurrant are presented within a structural wine.

This exciting and refined wine is the first Reserve vintage from our high altitude vineyards and should be reserved for your next special occasion or celebration. Tasting Notes Mid-deep red. Blackcurrant aromas with good intensity. Initial liquorice undertones. A little leafiness lifts the nose. Mid to full body. Strong Cabernet flavours – dark and red berries. Finishes with firm tannins and good length.
