Appleton Signature is a flagship product of the Estate's Jamaica Rum Family. It is a Blended Rum, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement. Appleton Signature is made up of 15 different select aged rums, capturing the best of each styles.

A blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica in the overproof dark style. "O.F.T.D." stands for "Old Fashioned Traditional Dark". In its conception, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender for Plantation Rum, brought together six rum luminaries. Our Spanish-Inspired Dark Cane Spirit carries a maturity beyond its years. This spirit is designed to showcase our innovation and our unique approach to our spirit. The spirit, matured with heavy-charred oak staves from ex-bourbon barrels, provides a distinct smokiness that encapsulates the distinction of aged Spanish rums.A nose of light citrus, overripe banana, vanilla, hickory smoke, nutmeg and spice.The palate consists of vanilla and matured oak. The Bundaberg Distilling Company owns its own cola-producing facility, which supplies the cola for these premix drinks. Bundaberg Red and Cola is a smoother, richer version of the much loved Aussie favourite.

Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. This new Australian premium rum, has been commissioned by the rum artisans from Queensland's iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel namesake bar. Substation No. 41 Rum Bar is home to one of the biggest rum collections in the world, housing over 500 different rums. The collective expertise of the rum artisans from this bar has been bottled to deliver a top shelf Rum.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
