The Philipponnat family has owned and run its Champagne house in the heart of the wine-growing areas of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Averney for over 500 years. A family of vignerons, winemakers and merchants since the 16th century, they famously supplied their wines to Louis XIV, the Sun King. The houses 20 hectares of vines are Grand and Premier Cru, ensuring quality and intensity in the wines. First press juice from exclusively Premier and Grand Cru plots. 100% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and our vineyards in Mareuil-sur-Ay and Avenay-Val-dOr makeup this exquisite wine. Aged for five to seven years to develop maximum complexity and to highlight the secondary and tertiary aromas which are the hallmark of extended ageing on lees. Bright, pink gold in colour, with persistent and generous mousse.Luscious and fruit-driven with notes of pastry with fresh pear, almond and cinnamon.The palate is creamy and round with notes of praline, caramel and apricot jam. Domaine Lamy-Pillot Blanches Fleurs, Beaune Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a small family-run winery, established in 1973, which counts as relatively youthful for the region. The wines of Lamy-Pillot are consistent and drinkable in the very best sense. The Blanches-Fleurs is a joyful, fruit-forward Pinot Noir, best enjoyed in its youth. Bright and lively on the nose, with notes of luscious red cherry, raspberry, and a shower of white floral (thus Blanches Fleurs). On the palate, you will taste those vibrant fruits again, with honeyed tones, light spice, and soft tannins.

Eden Rift Estate Pinot Noir The Estate Pinot Noir is a stunning wine comprised of Dijon clones. The pinot is focused, and age-worthy, with a depth and intensity of red fruits, dark berries, persimmon, black tea and chalk-like, mineral notes. Medium in weight, the svelte tannins and long finish round out this altogether stellar wine. Vinification includes whole cluster fermentation, aged in French oak.

Eden Rift Terraces Pinot Noir A deep red in colour with aromas of cherry liqueur, bright blackberries, bay leaf, and crushed flowers, the Eden Rift Terraces Pinot Noir has layers of cinnamon, oak, blue and red fruits, and silken tannins that build across the mid-weighted palate. Well balanced, the finish is lengthy and fresh. Handpicked and sorted, fermented wild in open-tops and aged in French oak.
