Eden Rift Reserve Pinot Noir The Reserve Pinot Noir represents the winemaker’s hand-picked selection of Eden Rift estate’s ten standout barrels. The palate expresses dark fruits, earthy notes, cherry liqueur, chocolate and mineral notes. Layered flavours of bright blackberries, orange, and subtle tannin are framed with delicate underbrush notes and toasted wood.

Blason de Bourgogne is a range of authentic appellations from a diversity of terroirs, specific to Bourgogne. This POMMARD comes from vineyards over 20 years old located in Côte d’Or in the heart of the Burgundy region. The slopes are facing south in chalky-clay soil with high levels of iron oxide. Vinification is run in a temperature controlled environment in stainless steel vats, followed by a long maturing on fine lees in French oak barrels. Powerful and Prestigious, this
