MoFro Shiraz

The grapes used to produce MoFro Shiraz were machine harvested in the early morning hours and destemmed into fermenters. Post fermentation with commercial yeast, the juice was pressed into a tank, and a small portion was left on skins. As a result, a vibrant red coloured wine was created. The fragrant nose exhibits intense aromas of red fruits and spices. The soft palate is rife with luscious flavours of plums and raspberries, supported by supple tannins. This easy drinking Shiraz ends in a smooth and refreshing finale. Drinking great with brisket, lamb shawarma, and grilled eggplant.
