Expressing flavours of currants and green pepper this Kalgan WA grown Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied. Fermented on skins with the natural yeast and basket pressed this is a lighter more fruit centred red wine, as it was not aged in oak.

With slightly fuller fruit flavours than its crisp companion, there is plenty of ripe melon and passionfruit flavours here.

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a clean, fruit driven wine style showing herbaceous, citrus and lifted floral characters distinct to Margaret River. A pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.

This wine exhibits aromas of fresh citrus blossom, pineapple, passionfruit and hints of melon. This follows through to a weighty palate with Honeydew melon, grapefruit and nuances of lime zest. This wine has a natural weight and concentration that lingers on the palate before finishing with a crisp citrus twist.
