Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

The fruit used to craft The Stump Jump Riesling was gently crushed, fermented, and basket pressed. The resulting white wine showcases a light yellow colour. This beautiful Riesling exudes delightful aromas of frangipani, lemon and lime sherbet from its perfumed bouquet.
