The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. Hailing from northern Italy, the Lubiana family have been winemakers for generations. Since 1990 Stefano has continued his family's legacy in the pristine vineyards of Tasmania. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the best vineyards in Derwent River. Stefano's care and meticulous attention to detail, result in a wine of both power and elegance.

The wine displays a vibrant red colour. On the nose rose petal and black cherry aromas are supported by attractive stemmy, whole bunch characters. The palate is soft and round with sweet fruit flavours and a creamy texture. Bright natural acidity provides a crisp lingering finish.

It displays a symphony of white peach and citrus blossom, the use of French oak imparts a creamy texture that balances the juicy acid line to still retain remarkable freshness.
