Cherubino's Pedestal range encompasses a number of vineyards from north to south, that that seek to uncover and express sub-regionality of Margaret River.Deep, dark red. Complex mix of blackberry, plum, Amaro and cedar oak. Shows a deep mix of red and black fruit, attractive earthy elements, bay leaf and white pepper complexity, red berry-like acidity and well judged oak on the deliciously rich finish.

Peos 4 Kings Cabernet from the Manjimup region of Western Australia. Rich palate of dark berry fruits, toasted mocha and sweet spice, guided to a long finish by elegant tannins.

Aromatics of blackberry, mulberry and dried herbs followed by a palate chocked full of sweet black fruits, dark chocolate and spice. Fine French oak tannins carry flavours to a savoury finish.
