Famous for their popular and flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc, Giesen produce an enticing and pure Riesling from the same region, Marlborough. An elegant and fine-boned cool climate Shiraz from the emerging wine region of the Canberra District. The wine is packed with spicy aromatics from pepper and bay leaf to marzipan and violets. Red fruit flavours run to blackberry and beef stock, carried by savoury, grainy tannins.

Clonakilla Riesling is an unsung hero of Tim Kirk's stable of beautiful wines. Herbal with white flowers aromas with citrus and stone fruit bouquet, it has a clean, ripe fruit and zesty finish.

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

The aromatics of this wine are so vibrant - jumping out of the glass. A beautiful, appealing perfume full of floral notes and orange blossom with touches of freshly zested limes. The Palate gives good fruit weight and a gentle acidic mouth feel full of clean citrus flavours. This lovely textured Riesling can be enjoyed with fresh seafood.

Lark Hill have a history in the Canberra District region of over 30 years and today that legacy has been continued on by founder's Sue & Dave Carpenter's son, Chris. Located 30km North East of Canberra, Lark Hill's wines are certified bio-dynamic and have an ethereal, almost pure nature to them. Bright notes of honeysuckle, apple, pear and a little spice on the nose, with a long smooth palate of nashi pear and red apple. The wine is a blend of fruit from two places - Tumbarumba in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, and our vineyard in the Canberra District.
