Pure Vision Zero Pinot Grigio
his non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio has been made with our organically grown grapes from our vineyards in Virginia, South Australia. We have gently removed the alcohol to produce a Pinot Grigio with notes of nashi pears and apple with a delightfully crisp and refreshing finish. This wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, a level similarly found in most fruit juices! Our winemaker has ensured we have maintained as many of the original flavours as possible to bring you a delicate, non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio without the addition of artificial sugar!
Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the middle of the cool night to capture the freshest flavours and acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Fruit that is perfect for a light, crisp, summer style Sauv Blanc. Vintage conditions in 2011 were simply perfect for this style, with ample rain in the winter followed by long sunshine filled days during ripening. Long cool nights also helped deliver an intense and finely balanced fruit set tailored made for producing the best quality Sauvignon Blanc available. Yalumba Organic Pinot Grigio
Located at Angle Vale, the Carypidis family have been producing high quality Pinot Grigio for Yalumba for a number of years and were Certified Organic in 2010. This beautiful example exhibits jasmine and white flowers, which are complemented by cinnamon quill and all spice. These are met by crunchy nashi pear acidity and a musk stick finish.
