Tulloch Hunter Valley Verdelho
From the Hunter Valley region NSW this wine has the distinctive fresh tropical fruit flavours of the Verdelho grape. With flavours of ripe melon and fig it is a wine worthy of any long afternoon lounging around. 'ALONG with the focus on fresh-faced chardonnays there is this variety, which is increasingly picked and crafted into a zingy style, more than richer, flabbier, duller versions. This bargain highlights such contemporary success: a dash of lime over custard apple and a light creaminess to mirror the fruit, spicy noted with a fruit sweetness sure to rock with chilli salted seafood.' - Daily Telegraph, Tony Love.
Crémant to Die For Crémant de Die Brut
Cremant To Die For is a playful take on Cremant de Die, an appellation for dry sparkling wines located halfway up the Rhone Valley on its Eastern side. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and subtle almond meal. The mousse is soft and gentle on the palate, balanced with a subtle, fruity sweetness. A light, pleasant, easy-drinking sparkling wine.
Lindemans Early Harvest Semillon Sauv Blanc

Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco
There’s nothing mysterious or untoward in the winemaking for this beauty. It’s kept on skins for a short period, then pressed, juice fermented over a couple of weeks, and aged on lees in stainless steel for five months. As with all Giovanni Rosso’s wines, this is about site. Site, and the ancient grapes (mostly carricante) that are thought to have been grown on the slopes of Mt Etna for at least 1,000 years. So they’ve had time to acclimatise. It’s a gorgeous, zesty-herby white, soft and pillowy and all propped up by a precise and racy acidity. It’s super long, and just bordering on mouthwatering. Quite subtle flavours flitting around the edges, hiding in the shadows and peeking out when you’re not concentrating.
