On the nose, prepare for an abundant rush of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and boysenberry, beautifully accented by hints of cracked black pepper, allspice, and a touch of sweet pipe tobacco. The palate is full-bodied and rich, bursting with concentrated dark fruit flavors, a savory herbaceousness, and a long, bright finish supported by supple, well-integrated tannins.

Round and well balanced, the palate offers tangy notes before evolving towards pastry and juicy fruit aromas. The long finish is lively with a nice texture.
