Pure, elegant Margaret River Cabernet Merlot with characters of dried herbs, bay leaf, violets and redcurrant with savoury cedar and toasted spices from maturation in well seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads. The palate is fresh and tight with the structure and quality to cellar for many years.

Howard Park has joined Australia's First Families of Wine and is amassing a loyal following. From the Scotsdale vineyard site, this Shiraz mingles earthy and spicy aromas layed out before a palate displaying great concentration but supreme elegance. Black fruits, liquorice and five spice overarch layered tannins that are fine and persistent.

Always regarded as one of Margaret River's favourite wineries due to the inherant quality. Forester Estate seems to marry beautifully with their value-for-money philosophy. This Cabernet Merlot continues to win wide acclaim due to its dark purple colour and its lifted aromas of raspberries and black forest cake. Rich berry flavours are well balanced by a tight tannin structure typical of quality Margaret River Cabernets. The 2018 Single Site Cabernet is an elegant wine with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and a hint of mint. Displaying a perfumed nose of dark berry fruits and earthy tones, there is a smooth silkiness to balance the fine chewy tannins of the Cabernet.

Beautiful fruit sourced from Mount Barker has gone into this excellent stylish and elegant cabernet. Deep, dark and inky; a complex black olive bouquet, with a very rich, powerful and heady mix of cassis, cedar and a little violet thrown in for good measure. Excellent firm structure threads through the controlled intense and balanced palate. A little astringency on the finish. Plenty of blackcurrant and savoury plum flavours with a touch of cedary oak. Cellar 6 years.

This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. It is a beautifully made wine with great balance and a lengthy finish. It will be great with meat dishes or even a cheese platter. Owned by Calneggia Family Vineyards, one of Margaret River's pioneering grape growers with winemaker legend Brian Fletcher pulling the winemaking levers.
