Corte Giara Bardolino DOC
Ruby red of medium intensity with purplish highlights. Intense and fragrant, with dominant notes of small woodland berries accompanied by the characteristic spiciness of pepper and rosehip blossom. Dry and harmonious, it captivates the palate with its elegance and succulent easy-drinking style. Located in Fumane di Valpolicella, the Allegrini family have been producing wine in the region since 1557 and today tend around 70 hectares of vines in the communes of Fumane, Sant Ambrogio and San Pietro, all situated within the Valpolicella Classico DOC. The Allegrini range includes Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto as well as the single vineyard wines, La Grola made from Corvina, Rondinella, Syrah and Sangiovese and La Poja produced from just Corvina. Work in both the vineyard and winery is meticulous with no stone left unturned. Allegrini are considered to be one of the regions, and Italys finest producers.
Porta Dante Organic Prosecco
The Porta Dante Organic Prosecco is made from organically grown grapes picked at their peak maturity and vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The second fermentation and subsequent resting on the lees require at least 60 days in order to obtain a fine, persistent bead and mouthfeel. A fine effervescent bead and luminescent yellow colour make this an attractive and lively Prosecco. Meticulous winemaking allows the bouquet to fully express itself with attractive stone fruit, ripe golden delicious apples meet citrus and honeysuckle. The palate is pristine, long and cleansing.

A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, the Pinot Noir component is fermented separately as a dry red wine, then blended with the Glera prior to secondary fermentation. Soft red fruit (ripe raspberry and cherry), with flavours of strawberry sorbet, watermelon, and floral notes of roses, with a hint of sweetness balanced by a soft foamy mouthfeel and refreshing acidity. Ideal with smoked dishes, especially salmon, freshwater trout and mozzarella.
