Nautilus Estate Albariño Australia

Rapaura Springs Bouldevines Vyd Chardonnay

Complex and enticing grapefruit, citrus and white peach characters are complemented by struck-flint, spice and vanilla. In the glass the wine is loaded with texture. Stone fruit and citrus are underpinned by a flinty mineral flavour and toasty complexity. The Bouldevines Vineyard is located at the entrance to the Omaka Valley, inland from the coast. This vineyard sits in the Southern Valleys, with soils that are stony, alluvial, and free draining. The inland location is cooler, allowing the Chardonnay grapes to achieve optimum ripeness and expressive fruit flavour, while retaining vibrant acidity.

Deep Down Organic Sauvignon Blanc

Organic grapes from Marlborough. Hand Crafted by Clive Dougall (the Chairman of the NZ Organic Vignerons Association). Wild Fermented, subtle tropical & citrus fruits, with a lingering dry finish. Vegan & B Corp. Passion fruit, hay, guava and extravagant spice. It’s still super fresh, linear, and beautifully fruity with this fresh-cut melon/peach juiciness and yet a steely dry backbone. Less wild this vintage, but no less exotic, it tastes so much more extravagant and ultimately delicious than Marlborough should. Super acidity, very fresh.

Yealands Estate Albarino

The 2024 vintage of Yealands Estate Albarino hails from the renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand, showcasing the unique terroir and skillful winemaking of Yealands Estate. This wine is a beautiful pale yellow in colour, with a luminous clarity that hints at its crisp and vibrant nature. On the nose, delicate aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and freshly cut herbs dance elegantly, inviting you to take a sip. The palate is equally alluring, with a perfect balance of zesty acidity and a creamy texture that coats the mouth with flavours of ripe melon, juicy apricot, and a hint of sea salt. The finish is refreshing and lingering, leaving behind a delightful memory of this exceptional Albarino. Enjoy now or cellar for future indulgence.

Amisfield Sauvignon Blanc

Aromatics of freshly cut pineapple and pink grapefruit notes, the palate shows subtle creamy notes and texture with refined minerality.

Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc

Bountiful fresh fruit aromas and flavours of passionfruit and grapefruit accompanied by vegetable garden flavours of capsicum, tomato and green beans. This wine is a veritable smorgasbord of tastes

Saint Clair Pioneer Block 3 Sauvignon Blanc

Zingy grapefruit, blackcurrant leaf flavours and a gentle softness that acts as a ruse to its long finish. Rated by our tasting panel as a must try example of this variety. With over 30 years of experience in the Marlborough region, viticultural pioneers Neal and Judy Ibbotson have single-handedly brought to life one of the most exciting brands in this famed region, well worthy of significant attention. Clearly one of the most exhilarating Sauvignon Blancs we've tasted this year, Block 3 takes the variety and region to another level with marked complexity and dimension. Squeaky clean, full and rich, the palate calls out vibrant flavours of passionfruit, peach and crushed herb with mouth-watering acidity and freshness. Limited Stock

Black Cottage Chardonnay

A percentage of the grapes were handpicked and whole bunch pressed, with about 20% seeing French oak, the majority well-seasoned. A small percentage worked through malo with a substantial amount of button age to build mouth feel. The colour is golden straw. An aroma complex nose with layers of stone fruit, mingling with brioche. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured with fleshy stone fruit. This is an elegant Chardonnay with a lingering, lively finish.
