Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the middle of the cool night to capture the freshest flavours and acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Fruit that is perfect for a light, crisp, summer style Sauv Blanc. Vintage conditions in 2011 were simply perfect for this style, with ample rain in the winter followed by long sunshine filled days during ripening. Long cool nights also helped deliver an intense and finely balanced fruit set tailored made for producing the best quality Sauvignon Blanc available.
